BOOKINGS
Please make sure to read our cancellation and
late fee policies below.
Please note: we do not provide transportation and this is for your benefit. The easiest solution is to park at the starting point at Shouldice Park and then Uber or cab back to the start. Or you can park a car at each location and do it yourself. Either way, it's usually cheaper and definitely more convenient than a shuttle as a shuttle is typically $8/person and an Uber is $15-20.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change and we do our best to accommodate your requests. However, please keep in mind that when you make a booking we then allocate the time slot, staff and equipment for your river adventure.
With that in mind, here is our cancellation policy:

-
Cancellations more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the booking date and time are eligible for a full refund or credit.
-
Cancellations between 72 hour and 24 hours before the booking date and time will receive a Paddle Station credit (gift certificate).
-
No rescheduling, credit or refund will be permitted for cancellations within 24 hours
-
In the event of inclement weather, storms and lighting: The Paddle Station will rebook your trip at your convenience or issue a credit for cancelled bookings made prior to the closure. Inclement weather closure is at the discretion of The Paddle Station. We operate rain or shine and trust you will have a great adventure either way.

We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies and recommend that Trip Cancellation Protection be purchased through your travel insurance company to protect your payments.

Our reschedule policy will allow you to reschedule your booking* or receive a gift certificate up to 24 hours before the date of your last booking. Please email us with your last name and booking ID and the date and time you wish to reschedule to (*subject to availability).
Rescheduling is NOT permitted within 24 hours.

*Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy can only be made by The Paddle Station Management on a case by case basis.

This policy is in place to help us ensure a great experience for everyone looking to connect with their inner-paddler and that every raft and kayak is available for the next adventure.

Late Fee
Your float should take approximately 2-3 hours depending on weather and river flow. We monitor these every day and will notify you on arrival what your expected duration should be.
We want you to enjoy your day and not feel rushed. However, if you take more than 1 hour longer than the expected duration you will be charged a late fee. This just ensures future bookings are not compromised.
If you are having any trouble in the river please call to let us know.
